I want to show something and she takes Perman to her and tells her that I am Miss.Sumire, then Parman so happy to see her and then Pako says i love you Perman and then Perman also says i love you to and when Perman is leaving from earth, 

he says that will you wait for me, I will surely come and then Pako will say, I will wait for you.

Then after some years Nobita meets Miss.Sumire and they talk to each other and then Miss.Sumire tells Nobita about the friend that her friend is Parman and she is waiting for him and then Miss.Sumire Show Perman Photo to Nobita.

You must have seen this scene in the cartoon of Doraemon, if you see the cartoon of Doraemon.

And on the other hand, Parman is missing Pako, that is, Miss Sumire, and he speaks to the bridman to bring Pako to this planet and then the birdman says that right now Pako is not perman because she show you his real Identity and then the birdman speak,
